Anyone with a live record in your register who isn't marked as ended. Ended workers stay in your history without counting against the limit.

No. You start the 14-day trial with no card and set up your whole workspace. When you're ready to continue, you choose a plan and add a card from your billing settings — and while we're in our founding period, nothing is charged at all. We email owners before that ever changes.

Prices are shown excluding VAT; UK VAT is calculated and added at checkout, and your invoices are proper VAT invoices (add your VAT number at checkout if you have one).

Yes — upgrades and downgrades are self-serve from the billing portal, prorated by Stripe. When you hit a worker limit, adding is blocked but nothing is ever hidden or deleted.

Yes — annual billing gives you two months free (pay for 10, get 12).
